Amelia Chambers Head Office Administrator

In 2011, Amelia completed her Business Administration Level 2 NVQ working at Domus Healthcare North Yorkshire; she has now re-joined Domus Healthcare Group Ltd in April 2013. Since completing my NVQ, I have fulfilled Reception and Administrative roles in a variety of industries.

Amelia is now looking forward to new challenges and working with the Head Office team again.

  • Andrea Jetten - Managing Director

    Andrea Jetten Managing Director

    Andrea started her career in nursing and spent the last 11 years managing domiciliary care services at a senior level. She is passionate about ensuring that teams of staff have the right tools to do their jobs well. She encourages the Domus senior team to constantly raise the bar in terms of the desire to improve the quality of services.

    She is a Dignity Champion and works with several committees to pursue excellence through workforce development, innovative services and promotion of rights and choice for service users.

    She has recently launched the Domus “Reaching Out” programme, a series of road shows to invite service users and their families to meet with her to ensure that Domus' high quality services are genuine. These road shows are also meant to initiate discussion on how improvements can continually be made.

  • Teresa Fiorentino - Acquisitions Director

    Teresa Fiorentino Acquisitions Director

    Teresa is a qualified corporate financier with over 12 years of corporate finance experience in the SME marketplace. Prior to joining Domus, she held the position of Corporate Finance Partner in a second tier national chartered accountancy practice.

    Teresa has considerable experience implementing a buy and build strategy. Her principal role and responsibility at Domus is to find suitable acquisition targets and then project manage the acquisition process from inception through to completion, bringing in the rest of the Domus team at the appropriate stages.

  • Wayne Smith - Area Trainer

    Wayne Smith Area Trainer

    Originally from Sheffield but now living in Barnsley, which is central for all of our Domus branches.I have worked in the domiciliary care sector for 13 years in various positions including those of coordinator and branch manager so I have a full knowledge of the workings of a branch. I have been training full time now for over 5 years and I firmly believe that from a skilled and knowledgeable workforce comes quality of care for service users.

    Pam Askew Payroll And Accounts Assistant

    Pam  has fulfilled administrative roles in many differing industries and believes that teamwork is the key to successful development. She manages the payroll for our care staff as well as the payment of our suppliers and brings a high level of organisation to our Head Office.

  • Michelle Benson - Management Accountant

    Michelle Benson Management Accountant

    Michelle has worked in the private healthcare sector for the last 8 years, her previous role as the Finance Manager for an SME care company providing support for adults and children with learning disabilities. She is a qualified management accountant with CIMA.

    Michelle joined the Domus Healthcare Group in May 2012 as a Management Accountant and is now looking forward to the new challenges that the future will bring.

    Julie Reynolds Management Accountant

    I joined Domus Healthcare Group Ltd in January 2013.  I’m new to the care industry having previously worked Management Accountant & Finance Manager roles in Security & Manufacturing for the last 10 years. I am an associate member of CIMA having completed a Diploma in Business Accounting.
